The Pit Bulls 'n Pretty Girls calendar came about as a "brain storm" when my brother in law was sent to Iraq with the Marines in 2008. One of my friends, who happens to also be an admin on my Pit Bull forum - PitBullTalk.com - also had friends going to Iraq at the same time and we wanted to do something as a morale booster. We decided to raise money for charity, and since my (then) infant nephew was practically inseparable from his Daddy Doll, we decided that would be a great cause to support.
