Here is a list of the modifications done on the two portraits to create the final composite. One portrait was used as the 'base', with portions of the other added in. The base portrait is on the left below.
  1. Because the woman on the left moved her head between the two portraits, her hair had to have reconstruction to make it look correct and in proportion. Her hair was also neater in the base portrait, so it was decided to keep it over her shoulder.
  2. Facial expression in the base portrait was less than ideal, so the face from the second was resized to fit.
  3. The baby was added so that she was not overlapping the center woman.
  4. The woman on the right preferred her look from the second portrait, but her hair from the base protrait. The face was moved and the hair from both combined.
  5. Wrinkles removed from shoulder.
  6. Smooth out the hip area. (Free plastic surgery!)
Skin blemishes were touched up and hair on all three women was neatened as well.
